Ms. Jones is the founding partner of Jones and Jones Law Group. She has acted as Head of Business and Legal Affairs and outside counsel for independent production companies and film distribution companies. Ms. Jones has handled everything from script to screen. She has successfully negotiated options for best selling books, agreements with Oscar winning talent, and distribution agreements with multi-million dollar guarantees. Ms. Jones has also negotiated all financing documents for production and P&A, supervised outside production counsel, and managed P&A campaigns. 


Ms. Jones was admitted to the California Bar in 2005 after graduating from Southwestern University School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Hon. Tom Bradley Scholarship.  Ms. Jones is admitted to practice in all the California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is also admitted to practice in all of the state courts within Illinois and New York. She is a Top-Rated Entertainment & Sports attorney in Los Angeles, CA and was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, which recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state.

Combining her background in business and marketing with her legal education, she also provides customized, strategic services to a select family of individual and corporate clients to assist them in the development, financing, and expansion of highly profitable and purpose-driven entertainment business enterprises. The Company inhabits a unique market niche at the intersection of business development and entertainment. She drives revenues by integrating entertainment and lifestyle concepts into projects, brands, and experiences. 


Recognizing the importance of giving back to the community, Ms. Jones volunteers every week to feed the homeless and underprivileged of Los Angeles. Additionally, Ms. Jones is the Chair of the Board at Pen + Napkin, a non-profit community that furnishes and decorates homes for families and individuals transitioning out of homelessness.
